Each shop decides how its customer and vehicle records are used; Bayvo processes those operational records to provide the service. Bayvo uses account, billing and security information to operate its own service.
Data and purposes
The service processes shop and staff account details, customer names and telephone numbers, vehicle details, bookings, work-order stages, assignments, notes, prices, payment status, receipts and before/after photos. These support scheduling, service delivery, customer updates, billing and security. Shops must give customers an appropriate notice and limit unnecessary personal information.
Photos and private links
Shops must have permission to upload customer photos and to send WhatsApp updates. Tracking and receipt links grant access to anyone holding them; share them only with the intended customer. Tracking pages are excluded from indexing and use no-referrer headers. Do not upload identity documents or unrelated sensitive images.
Providers and transfers
Configured providers include the hosting provider [NAME/REGION], Cloudflare for gateway/object storage, Resend for account email, Meta for optional WhatsApp, iyzico for enabled checkout, Google Fonts and consent-gated Google Analytics and optional PostHog marketing analytics. Retention and deletion

Shops or authorized account owners can request review, export or deletion through [PRIVACY EMAIL]; legal retention and backup expiry may affect completion. Optional analytics
Google Analytics and optional PostHog marketing analytics initialize only after consent. Advertising features, session replay and form-value collection are disabled.
